# Orientation Week- “O” week,  is a 3 day program that provides all new students with an orientation and an introduction to the “Campus” way of life.
This week includes:
   • Full orientation/induction session
   • Tour of the campus and facilities
   • Introduction to trainers
   • Course timetables and schedules
   • Employable skills courses such as: (please note courses may vary depending on chosen qualifications)
                   • Provide responsible service of alcohol
                   • Conduct responsible gambling services
                   • Apply first aid
                   • Academic skills

It is important that all students attend “O” week as apart of the program of their studies.

* The census dates apply to students who have applied for VET-Fee Help and also reflects the final period in which an
overseas student is required to register and attend class.

Note: Hospitality and Children’s Services students will need to attend compulsory practical sessions throughout their studies please refer to the course information brochure on the website for further information.
