. The majority or our training programs can be commenced at any time throughout the year, in most
cases enrolment/intake can occur without delay.
. We offer a combination of on-the-job workplace visits and classroom based sessions to suit each individual
and organisation needs.
. We utilise a variety of assessment methods, such as demonstration of real work practices, workplace
document examples, and recognition from workplace supervisors.
. We employ a focus on achieving outcomes that relate to workplace objectives, professional and personal
development.
. Our corporate clients are allocated a Client Relationship Coordinator to ensure programs meet a nationally
consistent approach. Programs may be customised to include each company’s specific policies, procedures
and standards.
. All of our Trainers and Assessors are fully qualified and have as a minimum 5 years relevant vocational
experience.
. Individuals are offered the opportunity to apply for Skills Recognition (RPL), acknowledging the skills and
knowledge they have gained through previous formal training, work experience and/or life experience.
This may result in reducing the required time allocated for the training program.
