Effective people management and building and maintaining strong relationships within teams are a critical ingredient for any organisation. The interdependence of today’s work relies on a workforce team who know how to get the best out of people. The MEGT Institute Corporate Development Program provides a framework for participants to learn and gain experience in how to develop these all-important skills.

We work in partnership with employers to design a customised Corporate Development Program that provides participants with the opportunity to advance their skills and knowledge in all areas of professional leadership. 
MEGT Institute will focus on assisting participants in how to adopt and adapt this knowledge and put it into practice
in ways that are relevant to their workplace.

The Corporate Development Program involves dynamic, creative and innovative workshop sessions designed to challenge and inspire all participants. Workshop sessions are conducted by a qualified Industry Training Consultant, offering participants an efficient, friendly and personal experience. Our facilitators also work with your team to provide feedback and ongoing support to ensure confidence and effectiveness in applying the new and important aspects of their changing role in the workplace.
