Frontline Management
The Frontline Management qualifications were developed in Australia in direct
response to a skills gap in Australia for qualified supervisors, team leaders and
managers. The skills and knowledge gained reflects the role of individuals who
provide supervision in a wide range of organisational and industry contexts.
MEGT Institute ensures students at this level are able to provide leadership and
guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and
performance of the team and its work outcomes.
Students will gain a broad range of skills and knowledge, including leadership and team effectiveness, operational planning and work priorities, addressing customer needs and client service standards, managing projects, promoting innovation and change and establishing effective working relationships.
MEGT Institute offers flexible choices in qualification delivery, including workplace-based coaching visits, classroom-based sessions and online learning resources.
Nationally accredited training
MEGT Institute has a long successful history in providing training to both new and existing workers. As a government approved Registered Training Organisation (RTO), MEGT Institute may be able to provide training through Government funding under the Traineeship banner.
